Roasting Process: We micro-roast our Grade One Specialty beans small batch and European-style.

Grind Level: All ground coffees are pre-ground at an autodrip for your convenience.

Made from the fruit (cascara) surrounding the coffee bean as it grows, cascara is normally discarded in source countries, 46 BILLION lbs. per year, choking rivers, streams & open fields. Since sustainability is important to us, we instead grind the coffee cherry into a flavorful, vitamin rich powder & add it to our House Blend, making it the best tasting coffee on the market & the healthiest!
